56K ISDN Service Requirements
West Coast Online ISDN service requires that the customer's terminal
adapter support "Data over Voice". Most new adapters should
support this standard, however you should check with the manufacturer of
your TA, or your manual, to be absolutely sure.
56K Personal ISDN Account
- $30 Monthly (300 hours, 1 B channel) + $35 one-time setup fee

Rohnert Park Centrex ISDN Requirements
- The customer must reside in the same PacBell Central Office as West Coast Online in Rohnert Park.
- Each customer will need to have a WCO-ordered Centrex ISDN line
installed.
- Customer must be patient, PacBell's installation turn-up times are
often delayed.
- WCO will order and pay for both ends of the Centrex phone line.
- The Centrex ISDN ordered will be ordered as an Interior Station,
meaning the customer
can call only to WCO's Centrex number.
- Customer must check with WCO as to compatible ISDN TA/router equipment
choices.
Pricing
Installation:
- $500 for one B channel.
- $750 for two B channels.
Monthly:
- $250 for 64K.
- $450 for 128K.
